At Waconia Comfort, our Senior Hearth Specialist is a trusted expert on job sites. You’ll install, service, and repair hearth and fireplace systems while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team. This role is all about quality workmanship, safety, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll do:
• Install, service, repair, and troubleshoot hearth and fireplace systems
• Lead job sites by example with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Mentor and support installers with on-site technical guidance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about design, solutions, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local codes and complete install documentation
• Coordinate scheduling, ordering, and service needs for hearth projects
What we’re looking for:
• Advanced experience installing hearth products independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Comfort mentoring others and being a technical leader
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in a hands-on environment
