As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and creative team member to lead our marketing efforts while also serving as the welcoming face of our office.
Position Overview
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both strategic and creative work, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. The role is approximately 75% marketing and 25% front desk/administrative support initially, with the goal for the marketing responsibilities to grow into a full-time marketing director.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (75%)
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
· Manage digital marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
· Coordinate client events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.
· Track marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
· Collaborate with financial advisors to align marketing efforts with business goals.
· Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Front Desk & Administrative Support (25%)
· Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
· Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail, and maintain office supplies.
· Schedule client appointments and manage calendars for advisors.
· Assist with document preparation and client onboarding tasks.
· Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or financial setting.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, CRM systems).
· Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
