About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for installing heating, cooling, and indoor comfort systems in residential homes. From equipment replacements to complete system installations, you'll work directly with homeowners to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment
• Complete system replacements and new installations
• Install and modify ductwork as needed
• Read and follow installation specifications and layouts
• Perform start-up and testing procedures on installed equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
