Description
We are going to "shake" it up in April!
The Synergy Wellness Club will be our host and our guest speaker will be fitness trainer Steve Ritz from Fitness First in Chaska and Excelsior.
Steve Ritz's career in the fitness and nutrition fields has spanned 21 years including his current work as an Exercise Physiologist and owner of Fitness First. Steve customizes exercise programs for clients and trains a range of people from those just beginning their fitness training to professional athletes. He created the SEE FIT program geared toward maximizing safety (S), efficiency (E) and effectiveness (E). One of the highlights of Steves career was as Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach for the Minnesota Vikings.
Another type of "shake" will be a nutritious and delicious Synergy Wellness Club breakfast shake. You will be able to choose from many delicious flavors and will be "filled up when you leave and have energy to spare".
So come and "shake" off those winter doldrums with fitness tips and an energy boosting beverage.
Women's BIZ would like to thank Rob Saatela and Melaleuca The Wellness Company for sponsoring this month's event. Melaleuca is a twenty five year old manufacturing company whose products are everyday household items that are non-toxic, environmentally safe that help detoxify your home and body.
