The Volksfest 2009 event takes place on August 29, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
Location
The Volksfest festivities will take place in downtown Victoria on August 29 with three bands, Bayfront Art Fair booths (60 + strong), food vendors business vendors, Adirondack Chair auction painted by local artists, and much, much more. The evening will end with a street dance with music by the Arch Allies playing from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Fees/Admission
There is no entrance fee and most of the events are free.
Description
A community festival packed with food, fun and entertainment. Volksfest plays host to and expanded venue of exciting activities for young and old. Volksfest also showcases area businesses giving them an opportunity to promote products and services to thousands.
