Misty & Todd Luecke of Chanhassen lost their precious 8 month old son William Douglas to SIDS 3 years ago. It was out of this loss that William's Wings Foundation was founded in order to support other families that have lost a child. The Mission of William’s Wings is to provide hope, healing, help, and hopefully smiles again to families grieving the loss of their child. The principle project was to purchase an Angel of Hope statue to be located in Chanhassen, MN where families who have lost a child can gather for remembrance and hope. William’s Wings also provides other means of support to families who have lost their child, and supports organizations that research SIDS. With generous support from countless friends, family, and the community, William’s Wings made its mission a reality and is currently placing the Angel of Hope statue in Chanhassen.
William’s Wings Foundation will host its 3rd annual "WilliamSwings" fundraising golf tournament at The Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake, MN on Monday June 22nd, 2015. This amazing event includes golfing, dinner, silent auction, and other opportunities to support this great cause. Please consider registering, donating an item, or sponsoring the golf event.
