Enlightened Success: Building an abundant and fulfilling life and business
Join us for this four session series at Hazeltine National Golf Club that will help to move you closer to where you want to be in business and in life. Over this four week program, Chamber Board of Directors member and local business owner Andrew Schultz will share what he has learned through the process of building a successful business over the past 8 years. You can see a brief outline below of what to expect in this four session series. The investment to be a part of this event includes admittance to all four sessions with lunch included.
Week 1 – Abundance
In this session, we will discuss the difference between the mentality of abundance versus the mentality of lack, and how to shift towards a more abundant life. How you look at this one simple distinction changes more than you can imagine! Choosing to leave behind the fear of not having enough, you will leave empowered to see money, relationships, career opportunities, and time as abundant resources, and how this mental shift can improve your life in each of those areas.
Week 2 – Giving & Serving
How do we build a business and find financial success without taking advantage of others? The answer to receiving more of whatever we’re looking for is found in an unexpected place. Giving it away. In the second session, we will look at case studies of individuals who have built fortunes through a give first mentality. We’ll also look at the flip side of giving: receiving. No gift can be given without a willing recipient, so by opening ourselves up to receiving what comes back to us, we allow the cycle of giving to continue unbroken.
Week 3 – Strengths
In our third session, we will use the Gallup Strengthsfinder 2.0 to frame our discussion about how to get the most out of yourself and your team by using a strengths based approach to living your own life and in assembling teams to work with you. Have you ever wondered why some things energize you and other tasks just drain you? Or why you get along so well with some people and others just drive you crazy? This session will leave you with a new and powerful understanding of yourself and others and how to find fulfillment in a crazy world. If you have taken the Strengthsfinder assessment in the past, please bring your “Top 5” results. If you haven’t, go to the link below before this session to take the “Top 5” strengths assessment.

Week 4 – Intention
In our final session, we’ll discuss goal setting and intention to move us towards our own personal desires for our lives. Far beyond a simple discussion about “SMART” goals, we’ll look at how to set intentions for the future AND achieve them, even for those of us who have tried and failed in the past. By using the individual strengths we discovered in the third session, we’ll look at different ways of achieving our intentions for the future that will actually work!
