Description
The Minnesota Chronic Disease Center will be hosting a health and wellness open house.
The following events will be free for all who attend:
-Get your antioxidant levels scanned with the biophotonic scanner, the only technology that can give you your bodies antioxidant levels in real time (as seen on the Dr. Oz show, go to this link to watch the video http://youtu.be/8av7Qf6HcFA)
-Anti-aging face & skin spa demo
-"Ask the trainer", a personal trainer from Fitness 19 will be present to answer all of your workout and exercise quesitons
-Sampling of organic coffee and tea from Alphay
-Deb from BodySlim Laser Center will be available to show you the YOLO Curve laser for weightloss
-Sheila from Circle Mind.Body. Medicine will be present to show you how the mind and body together can affect your health, emotions and well being
-Massage Advantage will have a certified massage therapist providing chair massages
