Description
Relax your mind, body and spirit while embracing the start of the fall season at the Yoga Retreat. We will start the day with a light breakfast at the Learning Shelter near the Red Barn at the Farm. Followed by three different class rotations with a break for lunch. the retreat will close with a blissful yoga nidra session. Full day fees are $40/Members and $55/Non Members, plus $20 option for a pre-purchased lunch. Half day fees are described on the website - plan now!
