I’m thrilled to be offering HypnoBirthing® classes at Family Focus Chiropractic! I learned and fell in love with the program during my second pregnancy. HypnoBirthing® is a technique that uses deep relaxation to help you change the way you think and feel around birth. We have been conditioned by society, by what we see on TV and in movies that birth should be feared, and that we need to be saved with medication and procedures. HypnoBirthing® is a simple program that gets us back to essence of birth, releases the fear and replaces it with confidence, anticipation, and joy. In the program you learn to go into deep relaxation or self-hypnosis, this allows your body to birth smoothly, comfortably, and often quickly.
The 5 week series gives you all the tools for a more calm, safe, and comfortable birth. The first series offered at Family Focus will begin Sunday July 6th, from 1:00pm-3:30pm. Class size is limited to ensure a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. For questions or to register please contact me directly.
