Company Performance – What You Do … and How You Do It
The Balancing Act of Metrics and Aesthetics
- Metrics are the important things you measure in your business – like revenue, profitability, sales activity, and the number of clients created; the business things you must account for to be successful.
- Aesthetics are the cultural mix of “soft skills” and capabilities of individual employees, and the organization. How does your organization effectively interact to create good “actions” and stimulate good results?
- Training is the means to reach your objectives
Presenter will be Jon Halleen, President/Co-Founder
Jon uses interpersonal, management, and general business skills to help entrepreneurs, owners, and managers uncover untapped potential and manage change. He has a classic education in the behavioral sciences, and the ability to apply it within business environments. After several years of being an individual and group therapeutic counselor, Jon's career transitioned to business, providing financial, organizational consulting, corporate training, and human resource-oriented services. He has extensive knowledge in: (1) business development, (2) sales management, (3) work flow behaviors, processes, and management, and (4) improving customer experience. Drawing from several decades of experience leading to the co-founding of GAPWORX, Jon focuses on analysis, facilitation, teaching, and training behaviors and processes to help companies improve performance.
