DESCRIPTION:Find more joy and ease in your running/walking and help prevent common related injuries in your body!  Enroll online  under "Workshops" today!\n\n \n\n*$40/person\n\n \n\nThis workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga practice (no previous experience necessary!). It will cater to the unique needs of runners and walkers\, focusing on:\n\n\n\n- Learning therapeutic movements to help release tension in the muscles that we use for running/walking.\n\n\n\n- Finding more mobility and stability in our bodies to help build a better running/walking pattern\n\n\n\n- Developing awareness about how our muscles move and function.\n\n\n\n- Learning how to fully release muscles in a way that is different from "stretching".\n\nWe will spend the first half discussing the topic\, followed by a 90 minute practice. Each participant will receive a take home sheet with movements they can practice at home before and after they run or walk. We hope you can join us!\n\n*24 hour cancellation notice required
