DESCRIPTION:Kick Type 2 Diabetes to the Curb\n\n	\n\n	First group meeting: Monday\, November 4th 6:30 - 7:30 pm\n\n	 \n\n	Do you get brain fog mid morning\, need a nap in the afternoon\, or have troubles losing/keeping off the weight? Be less cranky.\n\n	\n\n	1 hour Functional Medicine intake - a personalized plan just for you. Includes a detailed intake\, history and reading labs functionally along with recommended nutraceutical protocol\n\n	.\n\n	Then we meet as a group to support one another :) All meetings at Family Focus Chiropractic\, LLC except week 2.\n\n	\n\n	~WEEK 1: Monday\, November 4th 6:30-7:30 pm - Diabetes 101 "Increase your insulin sensitivity with these simple\, at-home exercises" - provided by a personal trainer\n\n	*Initial Body Composition Measurement\n\n	~WEEK 2: Monday\, November 11th 6:30-7:30 pm -\n\n	"Managing the grocery store" - Lakewinds Natural Foods in Chanhassen\n\n	~WEEK 3: Monday\, November 18th 6:30-7:30 pm "Surviving the Holidays!" - Recipes specific to the holidays and tips and tricks to avoid blood sugar crashes\n\n	~WEEK 4: Monday\, December 2nd 6:30 - 7:30 "Reducing Chemicals and Saving Money" The link between toxins and Type 2 Diabetes\n\n	*FInal Body Composition Measurement\n\n	\n\n	This would cost $585 individually. Since it's a group setting\, it's more cost-efficient: $300.\n\n	Initial intake: $150 (an individual game plan)\n\n	Group classes: $37.50/class (support one another)\n\n	2 Complimentary BIAs ($50 Value)\n\n	\n\n	Offering Couples and Family Discounts - I know that a support system is HUGE so I want to give back to people doing this together.
