Business leaders need to know how to better utilize these important tools in their efforts to achieve their goals and increase sales.\n\nPrior to founding kiddywampus (a specialty toy retailer with locations in Chanhassen & Hopkins) in 2006\, Saldanha practiced law as a civil litigator in Chicago (she earned her JD from Valparaiso School of Law)\; then she had stints in operations and talent management at several digital start-ups.
