Nustad's experience also includes leadership positions with the Minnesota High Tech Association\, American Collectors Association\, Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce\, and the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. Nustad holds a master of arts degree in public administration from Minnesota State University\, Mankato\, and a bachelor of arts degree in public policy from Concordia University\, Saint Paul.
