SUMMARY:General Membership Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Monthly Membership Luncheon! \n\n\n\nGAPWORX helps companies work on performance gaps that directly impact Customer Development and Customer Retention. We help owners and leadership teams to create\, cost-effectively scale\, and fast-track the implementation of customized road maps that improve company culture\, leadership\, employee engagement\, sales and service-oriented behaviors and processes\, and customer experience.\n\n \n\nCompany Performance What You Do and How You Do It\n\nThe Balancing Act of Metrics and Aesthetics\n\n	Metrics are the important things you measure in your business like revenue\, profitability\, sales activity\, and the number of clients created\; the business things you must account for to be successful.\n	Aesthetics are the cultural mix of "soft skills" and capabilities of individual employees\, and the organization.
