DESCRIPTION:Terry Kerber\, lifelong resident of Excelsior MN and co-author of the recently published book Major Taylor\, The Inspiring Story of a Black Cyclist and the Men Who Helped Him Achieve Worldwide Fame\, will hold a presentation and book signing at Excelsior Brewing.  Major Taylor overcame incredible odds to become the first African American world champion in any sport and one of the most popular athletes in the world. To learn more about Major Taylor\, the book\, and the authors visit: www.majortayloronline.com\n\n\n\nGreg LeMond\, three time winner of the Tour de France wrote the foreword and the book also has endorsements from local businessman Harvey Mackay and Dan Buettner\, holder of three world cycling distance records and author of Blue Zones. The publishers of Lake Minnetonka Magazine and Lake Minnetonka Neighbors are also writing an article about the book which will be printed in the December 2014 issues.
