Andrew Biscay entered the insurance sector in 2012 after a career in hospitality & management. Andrew is a huge film buff, loves technology, current/past member of several networking organizations, former leadership role with the Excelsior Lions Club, board of directors of the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce, board of directors with the South Lake Minnetonka Crime Prevention Fund, Notary for the State of MN. He holds an insurance license in MN, WI, and AZ. He has a wife (Kathryn) reside in Chanhassen with their 3 amazing kids.

In 2024, Andrew was proud to be appointed to the Forbes® Advisory Council, advising on insurance-related communications for print and web.

Kathryn joins the insurance sector from her previous role as a project coordinator in the audio-visual world. She and her husband Andrew have three children that they raise in the Twin Cities. Kathryn is a huge movie fan, with an emphasis on the horror genre.

Kathryn loves networking and is in a variety of mom-based networking groups and social clubs. Kathryn holds her property and casualty license in the state of Minnesota. 

Amanda joins South Lake Agency as a Partner & Director of Insurance Services. Before joining South Lake Agency, she worked in banking for most of her career and has a background in accounting. She currently is a member of Team Women and also serves on the board of MNAFP as  President. 

Outside of work life, Amanda currently lives in Chanhassen with her husband Chris and together they have one child: Desmond. Amanda enjoys all things Minnesota outdoors with her family including camping, paddle boarding on the many lakes of Minnesota, and hiking. She also loves to shop and hang out with friends and her family! 

Nic Joins South Lake Agency as the Director of Agency Services.  Before joining South Lake Agency, he worked in the agriculture field although he has maintained his insurance license since 2013.  He previously worked exclusively in the insurance field from 2013-2021 for a national carrier. He is a former president of the Excelsior Lions Club

Nic is an insurance professional with a passion for helping clients secure their futures. As a dedicated parent of two, he values family time and enjoys outdoor adventures. When not at work, you can find him fishing, hunting, or exploring new destinations. Nic believes that life is best lived outdoors and strives to create lasting memories with loved ones.
