About Us

Beniek Property Services, Inc. was initially set up by our company president, Brian Beniek, during his high school days as a lawn mowing service, operating out of his parent's garage. It soon became clear to him that there were very few quality outdoor service providers in the Twin Cites metro area. With that in mind, the expansion of services began and has evolved BPS into a full service outdoor management corporation. The company has had dramatic growth because of a well-developed reputation for providing reliable, cost effective, quality services. From our first client in 1978 to the hundreds we have today, each will attest that client service is why we are one of the largest service providers in the metro area.

Our customers range from large commercial, industrial, retail, to your home; with over 100 of our client properties located right here, in Chanhassen. We are the Twin Cities premier lawn care, landscaping and snowplowing provider and have been helping our clients create and maintain beautiful properties for over 30 years.

Our management team has grown to accommodate the demand for our services. Our qualified staff has many years of experience in lawn care, snow removal, and landscape design, along with several other specialized services. This enables us to provide expert advice on virtually all of your outdoor service needs.
