Plan ahead to join in the fun of a full or half day of Yoga! Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle and choose between different yoga classes and the many sponsors. The grounds open at 7 am and the first class begins at 8:30 am. We break for lunch by 11:45 and the second half day begins again at 1:15 pm, until 4:30 pm. Bring a friend, and be sure to pre-register at arb.umn.edu/content/yoga-gardens.
